INGREDIENTS
3 medium zucchinis
1 pound pasture raised beef (I get my meat from TC Farms)
2 1/2 cups Tomato Sauce (make sure it has no added sugar. I use Cucina Antica)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried oregano
Sprinkle of Cayenne pepper (optional)
Himalayan sea salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat a skillet on medium-high heat
2. Brown the beef
3. While the beef is browning spiralize the zucchini
4. Combine the zucchini and pasta sauce into the skillet with the beef
5. Add the garlic powder, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt
6. Once zoodles are cooked to your desired texture (about 5 minutes) serve and enjoy!
