Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Prep Time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS: 
1 15oz can organic pumpkin puree
1/4 cup Unsweetened almond milk
2 tsp pure maple syrup
2 date (soak them in warm water for 30 minutes prior to make blending easier)
1/4 cup ice
1 tsp Bone Broth Vanilla Protein Powder (optional)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp allspice
Dash of himalyan pink salt
Pumpkin seeds and/or pecans for garnish (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. combine all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth
  2. Once smooth and creamy - Serve and enjoy!
