HOT CAROB

Carob is an excellent alternative to chocolate - and my new fav treat! It has many of the beneficial properties as chocolate does such as high in antioxidants, but without the caffeine! And it actually tastes very similar to chocolate! Perfect for those of us who are super sensi to caffeine! 

Serves: 2
prep time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups almond milk, heated on the stove
4 tbsp pure carob powder
3 tbsp raw honey (or more to your desired sweet taste)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Heat the almond milk in a sauce pan on the stove
  2. Once heated, whisk in the carob powder and honey
  3. Serve and enjoy!
