guacamole

Guacamole is full of Omega 3's - aka fats that are great for brain, heart, & hormone health! Avocados, in my opinion are a super food that heals our entire body and because they're so tasty, they heal our lives too! 

I put avocado on nearly everything! But I especially LOVE guacamole! All the flavor added to the avocado simply by adding a few extra ingredients.... MIRACULOUS! 

Take a look at my simple guacamole recipe below. You're going to love it's flavor and how your body feels after! 

INGREDIENTS: 
1 ripe Haas avocado, pitted
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp finely chopped yellow onion
3 tbsp finely chopped variety of bell peppers
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
Himalayan salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:
Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and smash until smooth and creamy
