I recently came down with a nasty cold (thanks to my hubby and sissy) and was left coughing into the wee hours of the night/morning. I decided to get out of bed at 1am to make some of this turmeric/honey tea to coat my throat and decrease inflammation throughout my body so I could get a restful nights sleep.
Not only was this tea healing for my physical body, but the warmth and coziness this tea provided me instantly sent me into a relaxed state. So whether you have come down with a cold, or you simply want to ease inflammation in the body (in particular the digestive system) and provide yourself a sense of relaxation this tea is calling your name!
