Healing Blueberry Mango Smoothie

Serves 2
Prep time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Almond Milk
1 cup filtered water
1 cup Wild Blueberries
1/2 cup Mango
1/2 Banana
1/2 Avocado
1/2 tsp Spirulina
1 tsp Acai powder
1 tsp Maca powder
1/2 - 1 scoop Vanilla Bone Broth Protein powder

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Put the almond milk and water into a blender along with the banana, avocado, spirulina, acai powder, maca powder and bone broth protein powder and blend until smooth and creamy
  2. Slowly add in the wild blueberries and mango, adding more almond milk or water until your desired consistency
  3. Once creamy and smooth pour smoothie mixture into a glass
  4. Top with nuts or shredded coconut if desired. Bon Appetite!
