Healing Blueberry Mango Smoothie
Paleo, AIP and Whole30 approved!
Serves 2
Prep time: 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Almond Milk
1 cup filtered water
1 cup Wild Blueberries
1/2 cup Mango
1/2 Banana
1/2 Avocado
1/2 tsp Spirulina
1 tsp Acai powder
1 tsp Maca powder
1/2 - 1 scoop Vanilla Bone Broth Protein powder
DIRECTIONS:
- Put the almond milk and water into a blender along with the banana, avocado, spirulina, acai powder, maca powder and bone broth protein powder and blend until smooth and creamy
- Slowly add in the wild blueberries and mango, adding more almond milk or water until your desired consistency
- Once creamy and smooth pour smoothie mixture into a glass
- Top with nuts or shredded coconut if desired. Bon Appetite!
